7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and require our staff to sign non-disclosure agreements. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We exclude liability for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • These limitations apply except in cases of fraud or gross negligence

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or technical failures.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement:

  • With 30 days written notice for convenience
  • Immediately for material breach following 14 days written notice to cure
  • Immediately in case of insolvency or bankruptcy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
